I had a Valentine mini session with Ezekiel’s wife, Marlene, and daughter, Daveney.  I couldn’t help but notice Marlene wearing a man’s wedding ring on a chain around her neck. Ezekiel James Carlyle died at an early age from a sporadic brain hemorrhage. Marlene was kind enough to tell his story.

“It wasn’t something we prepared for or found out, he was fine one minute and then complained of a headache, and then went into a coma a few days then was the hard part of decision making.”

“I think he would want to raise awareness for donors, he asked me to sign him him the year previous on the states donor website, he helped so many people, from his eyes to his skin.”
